2 cups broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. oil or fat
2 T. flour
Very easy enchilada sauce
In a saucepan on low, whisk oil or fat, cumin, and flour together.
Add the broth and season lightly with salt and pepper.
When the mixture starts to thicken, stir in the cream and sour cream. Cook until heated through and mixed.
